Lollipops Playland Springfield has a position open for a Marketing Manager/Playland Supervisor. The position would be 3 days a week minimum including at least one day of the weekend, occasionally both, Friday nights on a rotating roster and some work from home. The person we are looking for would be responsible for in-house marketing, visiting local day care centres, schools and sporting clubs as well as playland supervision on weekends and attending local events to promote the Playland. Applicants that will be considered need to possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, have leadership qualities, have experience managing a small – medium team of staff, the ability to source materials to complete tasks, internet access, Word and excel efficiency, the ability to update our Facebook Page and Web site, the ability to train new staff, be able to make quick decisions, troubleshoot and handle customer enquiries. Some marketing experience an advantage but not essential. The position requires enthusiasm and a love for the industry and a desire to help make our business grow. We are currently looking for 

•  Kitchen Hand staff  for duties including but not limited to use of commercial dishwasher, food preperation, fryer cooking (training provided) Must be available weekends, shifts would generally be but not limited to Saturday and or Sundays and 2 Friday nights a month. Other shifts will include holiday relief and RDO relief 
• Playland staff available weekends. Duties will include but not be limited to Play supervision, Party hosting, Barista, Cafe service, Reception Service. Ocasional mid week shifts available as well as 2 Friday nights a month. All ages encouraged to apply. Bright bubbly personality a MUST!
• Juniors required for after school work - Staff required for 3.30PM - approximately 5.30/6.00PM Wednesday to Friday Applicants will be required to assist senior staff with end of day closing procedures including, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning tables, tidying toys area etc No experience required but must be prepared to work hard and follow direction.  Weekend and School Holidayshifts may also be available for suitable applicants.
